At Suprannova Consulting, our knowledge in the OD field is not only limited to solving the critical issues that affect the organization – we also focus on enhancing the OD professionals as well as ensuring that the necessary capabilities are embedded within the organization. This approach allows us to apply the latest findings from the scholarly work combined with the practical implementation that helps us create effective solutions for the current OD issues.
We have worked closely with the client’s teams and helped them to develop their OD skills while supporting them to achieve specific and measurable improvements in leadership, performance, and teamwork.
The OD capability is developed in such a way that the client organizations are able to sustain and enhance the success that they have achieved in the course of the assignment in the future.
Based on our research, we have developed best practices and solutions for such critical problems as change management, organizational culture, and leadership deficits.
Since we engage in both action and learning, we do not only get results such as improved efficiency and stakeholder engagement but also ensure that the organizations have the capacity to sustain and develop the OD processes ungirding any organizational changes.
Crossing paths with similar-minded organizations such as OpenSourceOD is very stimulating for us at Supranova Consulting. Making OD practices available to everyone aligns with our vision of sharing experiences and knowledge to improve the quality of life of OD professionals and their clients.
We create space in our schedule to co-facilitate the "Mindful Consulting" OD Immersive through OpenSourceOD as one way to fulfill our desire to promote innovation, create communities, and design affordable approaches to growth. It is important to us that we increase our outreach and make a positive change.
At Supranova Consulting, the goal we have set for ourselves is to ensure that children develop the proper awareness of self at the right time and in the right manner, enabling them to have a promising future. In our free time, we offer pro bono independent research to discover how these skills can be developed in children and what other benefits they have for them and society.
Because we are actual music makers and a music education advocate, we partner with the Music Science Group to support the development of social skills at young ages and contribute to the positive definition of children’s attitudes, behaviors, and trajectories toward the future. This STEAM nonprofit aims to engage underrepresented populations in music and science.
